Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of network automation engineers driving software-defined infrastructure
Define and execute the roadmap for network automation aligned with company and platform goals
Architect and evolve automation pipelines using Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD, and observability best practices
Collaborate with Network Engineering, Security, and Platform teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of automation frameworks across hybrid environments
Provide technical guidance and architectural oversight while fostering innovation and documentation excellence
Communicate priorities, progress, and challenges to senior leadership

Required

Proven experience managing engineering teams in networking, infrastructure, or automation
Strong understanding of routing, switching, protocols, and large-scale network design
Hands-on experience with Python, Ansible, Terraform, and Infrastructure-as-Code
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD workflows, and observability platforms
Excellent communication and leadership skills; collaborative mindset
Experience with hybrid environments (data center, HPC, and cloud)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred

knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes, event-driven automation, or policy-as-code frameworks
