Lead and mentor Business Analysts for effective requirements gathering

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field

Hands-on experience in requirement gathering and process modeling

Experience in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
