Responsibilities
Drives strategic excellence across all three horizons of growth (H1, H2, H3) in access to care for the Froedtert ThedaCare enterprise
Develops enterprise access systems and processes to deliver quality and to support innovation
Coaches leaders in access data, strategic planning, and strategy execution
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 10 years work experience, with the majority of time either healthcare (within organization or consulting) or technical role matching job
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
At least 2 years designing processes or workflows that use Epic Cadence scheduling tools
Experience leading Access Operations in a large, complex academic environment is preferred
Educational experience related to process or industrial engineering, data and analytics, health systems or healthcare operations, or human-factor design preferred
Master's Degree in process or industrial engineering, data and analytics, health systems or healthcare operations, or human-factor design preferred
Epic Cadence is preferred
Very strong in majority if not all of these categories: Critical thinking/problem-solving skills, Analytical skills, Presentation skills, Client relationship skills, Project management skills, Team/office leadership
