Responsibilities

Provides auxiliary services for the Adult Education instructional program at the Sam Wolf Granite City Campus and district wide

Management of an office offering a variety of educational programs

Providing necessary services to students and staff

Providing accurate information about programs and state regulations

Facilitating campus communications

Database management

Maintaining student records and instructional area and supplies

Qualification

Microsoft Office proficiencyDatabase managementOrganizational skillsProper phone etiquetteDiverse population interaction

Required

An Associate of Arts or Associate of Science degree or equivalent education in secretarial science, computer or a related field is required

Knowledge of and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Teams, Visio, and Outlook is essential; knowledge of Google applications, Chrome, video conferencing, and social media program desirable

Advanced organizational skills, proper phone etiquette, and the ability to work with a diverse population
