Sales Manager - Rhode Island

Responsibilities
Achieve and report on territory sales budget
Participate in trade shows and industry events
Collaborate technical resolutions with internal departments
Negotiate contracts, budgets, and customer agreements
Maintain working relationships across teams, departments, and with clients
Analyze sales and manufacturing/refining data to support decision-making
Uphold safety protocols and company standards
Backup CSR and fill in when needed
Qualification
Required
Post-secondary education in sales or marketing or related fields relevant to the position
5 years' experience in B2B industrial product sales
Experience in precious metal industry is a strong asset
Experience with sales budgets
Experience in (jewelry) manufacturing and refining industries
Strong negotiation skills for internal and external stakeholders
Proficiency with MS Office
Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Initiative-driven, able to work with minimal supervision
Some International Travel required
Preferred
SAP knowledge is preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)
