Senior Channel Manager

They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Channel Manager to lead strategic initiatives within their Bank Partnerships program, focusing on managing key bank partners to drive revenue growth and strengthen relationships.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for assigned bank partner(s), fostering strong executive and operational relationships
Develop and execute strategies to drive adoption, pipeline growth, and revenue through the bank channel
Collaborate with bank leadership to define joint business plans, success metrics, and go-to-market strategies
Partner with internal sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to execute partner initiatives and deliver exceptional customer experiences
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), deliver regular partner reviews, and ensure alignment with revenue and partnership goals
Equip bank teams with the tools, resources, and training necessary to promote and sell AvidXchange solutions effectively
Act as the voice of the partner within AvidXchange, providing input to product and strategy teams based on market insights
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus
7+ years of experience in channel management, strategic partnerships, or business development, ideally within fintech, SaaS, or financial services
Proven track record of building and growing revenue through strategic partners
Strong executive presence with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and deliver results in a matrixed environment
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth, and evolving organization
