Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of approximately 200 customer accounts
Make an average of 30 collection calls per day to ensure timely payment and resolve outstanding balances
Perform credit analysis, including running Credit and D& B reports
Process cash applications accurately and efficiently
Partner with internal departments to resolve billing or payment discrepancies
Maintain detailed documentation of all collection activities and account updates
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in Credit and Collections (business-to-business preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Great Plains (GP) and SAP is required
Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
Ability to multitask and manage a high-volume workload independently
