Regional Sales Director of NA
Aiper North America is seeking a Regional Sales Director of NA to lead and manage the regional sales team, driving business growth and achieving revenue targets. This role involves developing strategic sales plans and fostering relationships with key stakeholders, requiring a dynamic leader with a strong sales background.
Responsibilities
Drive business growth by leading the annual business planning process, overseeing business development efforts, and implementing training and development programs for the sales team
Lead the annual business planning process in January, integrating market insights, sales forecasts, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to create a comprehensive strategy
Oversee the development of named accounts and channels. Manage global, national, and regional distribution strategies, securing necessary approvals from the CEO, Head of RSC, and other senior leadership
Implement robust training and development programs for the sales team, enhancing their skills, performance, and alignment with company goals
Manage brand and marketing activities by collaborating with the Brand & Marketing Center to enhance brand visibility and overseeing the planning and execution of RSC events management
Manage ARs in handling leads registration and conversion effectively
Collaborate with ARs, SRs, ORs, and the Commercial Manager to ensure proper management of project opportunities
Ensure ARs achieve project opportunity goals through customer relationship management, demand management, sales promotion planning, and project sales reporting
Ensure ARs maintain strong communication and customer relationships with Customers and Partners, such as Sales Reps, Merchants, and Distributors
Manage product planning, customization, commercial negotiations, order fulfillment, and return/refund processes to ensure ARs effectively handle demand management
Develop and manage promo calendars and pricing on Monday.com for successful sales promotion planning
Regularly conduct project sales reporting in Monday.com and during weekly sales meetings
Oversee product management by planning and managing product assortment for Named Accounts (NA) and Named Channels (NC)
Ensure effective product lifecycle management by SKU, maintaining optimal product performance throughout its lifecycle
Develop and implement pricing strategies, including MSRP, promotional MSRP, and MAP, to optimize revenue and profitability
Monitor sales orders, revenue growth, and gross profit margins to ensure alignment with financial goals
Control SG&A expenses, including travel, accommodation, and entertainment. Oversee marketing expenditures for both online and offline activities, ensuring efficient use of resources
Achieve target net profit margins by effectively managing inventory forecasts, reducing aged inventory, and ensuring timely payment processes
Oversee accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions to maintain healthy cash flow
Establish and manage performance targets across individual, departmental, and corporate levels
Design and implement incentive programs, including on-target bonuses and commission-based rewards, to motivate the sales team (AR, OR,SR, and FR teams)
Continuously enhance work processes, including but not limited to job descriptions, organizational charts, sales guidelines and Lead regular sales meetings
Develop IT tools for managing customers, partners, events, orders, inventory, and product information
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
Minimum of 10 years in sales management with a proven track record of driving business growth
Experience in the consumer electronics industry and achieving aggressive sales targets, particularly in retail and channel sales
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse sales team across multiple regions
Experience in managing multi-cultural teams is essential
Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities with a focus on achieving measurable results
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Proficient in CRM systems, sales management software, MS Office, and IT applications
Data processing skills are mandatory
