Responsibilities
Proven expertise in creating survey documents in AutoCad including:
ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys
Boundary Surveys
Subdivisions
Topographic Surveys
Right-of-way Plats
Volume Calculations
Lay-out calculations
Residential permit and grading plats
Able to read and write land parcel descriptions, interpret deed and easement documents and examine commercial title commitments
Research deeds and record documents affecting real estate title rights
Prepare calculations for field crews
Comfortable with client interaction
Assist with billing of clients
Communicate with Project Managers and Engineers on constant basis
Maintain electronic document file structure, naming convention in accordance with company or client standards
Participate in improving and implementing CAD standards
Check final drawings to verify completeness, clarity and accuracy of drawing
Qualification
Required

Occasionally Overtime as needed
