Responsibilities
Prepare and present clear, insightful financial reports to senior leadership, including division executives and regional managers
Analyze monthly results, identify key variances, and communicate findings to both financial and non-financial stakeholders
Act as a trusted advisor to practice administrators and physician leaders, helping them understand financial performance across locations
Collaborate with FP&A, operations, and compensation teams to align forecasting, reporting, and strategic initiatives
Lead improvements in reporting processes, variance analysis, and stakeholder engagement
Ensure accuracy in accounting records and respond to inquiries in coordination with the accounting team
Support annual audits, compliance efforts, and special projects
Build cross-functional relationships and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
4+ years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, external audit or a similar role; healthcare experience is preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Excel and financial systems
