Responsibilities
Standardize commissioning protocols and best practices across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring every site meets safety, performance, and uptime targets
Synchronize schedules - bridge design, construction, and operations teams to keep commissioning on the critical path
Lead external partners (Cx agents, vendors, specialty consultants) and validate deliverables against owner requirements and industry benchmarks
Maintain live dashboards that track issue resolution, functional testing status, and close-out documentation for audit-ready handover
Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and updating the global playbook after each project cycle
Qualification
Required
8+ years managing commissioning or MEP projects for mission-critical facilities such as data centers, hospitals, or R&D labs
Deep working knowledge of electrical and mechanical infrastructure - UPS, generators, switchgear, chillers, CRAH/CRAC, BMS/EPMS, etc
Proven success juggling multiple projects and cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
Exceptional communicator able to translate complex technical detail into clear, actionable plans for stakeholders at all levels
Preferred
Certification in project management or construction, such as Certified Professional in Project Management or Certified Construction Professional
Familiarity with Cx software platforms (e.g., CxAlloy, Facility Grid)
Knowledge of Uptime Institute Tier standards and integrated systems testing methodologies
Demonstrated success overseeing multi-site or regional commissioning programs
