Responsibilities

Respond to inbound customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat
Follow up with leads and generate new opportunities for the sales departments
Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system
Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues and concerns promptly and professionally
Assist with various marketing campaigns to drive new customer leads and business
Meet and exceed individual performance goals related to lead generation, customer satisfaction, and appointment scheduling

Availability to work an average of 40-45 hours per week, including alternating Saturdays
