Chief Sales Officer
REMEDI8® is seeking a Chief Sales Officer to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive Sales and Marketing strategy aimed at driving revenue goals nationwide. The role involves overseeing a team of sales professionals, developing long-term sales plans, and collaborating with various departments to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities
Oversee a team of Vice-Presidents, Regional Sales Directors, Account Executives, and Business Development Associates
Perform the role of Vice President over a Region including hiring, training, development, and evaluation/accountability of sales staff
Develop and implement strategic long-term sales plans to achieve company objectives and drive double-digit year-over-year revenue growth
Develop sales forecasts and set achievable and stretch targets based on market analysis, historical data, and growth projections. Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to ensure targets are met
Partner with Operations, Finance, Marketing and other cross functional units to ensure we translate business needs into prioritized actions, KPIs and execution of plans
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base and revenue streams
Overcomes obstacles to deliver sales results at or above target
Develop and implement Go To Market strategies
Attend customer meetings as needed to assist in closing business
Direct Account Executives to develop market and territory customer acquisition plans
Responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics designed to drive business development in new and existing markets/facilities
Qualification
Required
10+ years of service sales leadership experience, with 4+ years at an executive level
Excellent leadership qualities and proven ability to deliver sales results through inspiration, motivation, and accountability
Proven success in leading remote sales teams and closing large complex deals
Proficient at sales analysis and strategic planning based on analysis
Advanced experience with CRMs, such as Salesforce to manage pipeline, identify trends and customer churn
Must have a valid driver license
Must pass drug screen, criminal background check and driver's license check
Ability to travel 5 - 12 nights per month
Preferred
Experience selling services to Facilities Directors in Healthcare, Hotels, Universities, or Correctional Facilities preferred
Extensive experience developing and implementing Go To Market Strategies, with preferred experience in rolling out new services or in a 'start-up' environment
