Responsibilities

Prepare and review tax filings (1040, 1041, Partnerships, LLC, S-Corp) for business owner’s corporate and individual needs
Review tax information supplied by the client and obtained open items if necessary
Identify and communicate any tax matters to Managers, Senior Managers or the broader team
Work with your internal G&G team and help them review clients’ comparative financials
Begin acquiring the skills necessary to develop quality client relationships

Qualification

Federal tax complianceState tax complianceCPA licenseMicrosoft OfficeQuickBooksTax preparation softwareAnalytical skillsProactive professionalCommunicationDetail-orientedCritical thinking

Required

3+ years of experience in federal and state tax compliance
Microsoft Office proficiency
QuickBooks proficiency
Familiarity with tax preparation and accounting software
Strong communication skills

Preferred

Hold an active CPA license (or be in the process of obtaining it)
Proficiency with 1040, 1041, Partnerships, LLC, S-Corp returns
Proficiency with Thomson Reuters Ultra Tax, Fixed Assets CS, Workpapers CS, RIA Checkpoint
