Responsibilities
Assist lead installers in the installation of holiday lighting
Conduct site assessments to determine installation requirements
Help with the installation of equipment and products in residential and commercial properties
Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries on-site
Maintain tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
Document installation processes and report any issues to the lead installer
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily goals and targets
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in installation or outdoor services preferred
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Physical ability to lift and carry heavy equipment
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality work
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
