Responsibilities
Solve in the Field: Work directly with operators to diagnose pain points and ship rapid solutions
Build & Abstract: Evolve successful field demos into reusable, core platform components
Own the Outcome: Scope ambiguous problems and deliver end-to-end, high-value product demos
Qualification
Required
Strong foundational skills in Python, Java, C++, JavaScript, or Typescript
Experience developing complex, scalable, customer-facing systems
Experience with React-based frameworks (Next.js, Vite)
Familiarity with DevSecOps and the Authority to Operate (ATO) process
Reduce uncertainty through decisive, rapid execution and radical ownership
Practical experience with reinforcement learning (RL) or ML model development
US Citizen with ability to obtain a clearance
Preferred
Active Secret or TS/SCI clearance
