Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of vehicle diagnostics, repair, and maintenance tasks on Cadillac vehicles
Efficiently and accurately assess mechanical problems, using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
Conduct routine services such as oil changes, brake repairs, tire rotations, and alignments
Inspect and repair engines, transmissions, air conditioning systems, steering, and suspension
Complete manufacturer and dealership training to stay current on Cadillac vehicle technology and service standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
Communicate effectively with service advisors to ensure customers are informed about repairs and the status of their vehicles
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
Qualification
Required
Automotive Technician experience
Ability to work with advanced diagnostic equipment and tools
Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail
Positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining precision and quality
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
High School diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Cadillac or luxury brand experience highly preferred
ASE certification (preferred but not required; we support the certification processes)
