Goldbelt Apex LLC is a data-focused company dedicated to process and quality in healthcare IT. They are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Support Technician in Telecommunications to provide first-level support and resolve technical problems related to communication systems.

Responsibilities
Provide first-level support to end users for telecommunications and related IT issues via phone, email, or in-person
Identify, research, and resolve technical problems related to voice, data, and video communication systems
Document, track, and monitor issues using a ticketing system to ensure timely resolution and follow-up
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or vendors as needed
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of telecommunications hardware and software
Maintain accurate records of support activities, system configurations, and user interactions
Collaborate with network and systems teams to ensure seamless integration and performance of telecom systems
Provide support for VoIP systems, mobile devices, conferencing tools, and other communication platforms
Qualification
Required
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to plan and deliver technical solutions independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Associate's degree
At least 2 years of experience and with providing telecom support
Clearance: Public Trust
Citizenship: US Citizen by birth or naturalization
