Responsibilities

Lead customers through cloud implementations and data conversions, ensuring successful migrations from on-premise to AWS or Azure environments

Troubleshoot and resolve configuration, connectivity, and performance issues to keep projects on track

Collaborate with internal engineering, platform, and support teams to improve processes and elevate the customer experience

Conduct customer training and create documentation that helps users feel confident and self-sufficient in their new systems

Partner with product leaders and platform engineers to strengthen security, compliance, and deployment practices

Serve as a trusted technical resource during and after implementation, translating complex concepts into clear, actionable solutions
