Responsibilities
Execute complex invoice and payment processing tasks, including handling 1099 forms, physician payments, and reimbursements
Manage vendor invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments while adhering to organizational policies and tax regulations
Conduct audits of weekly payment files, reconcile accounts payable transactions, and process upload files
Utilize Lawson (Infor) for invoice processing and OnBase for workflow routing and approvals, supporting the transition to Workday
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies and support process improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Over 5 years of accounts payable experience, ideally within a large or healthcare organization
Proficiency in Lawson (Infor) and familiarity with OnBase; experience with Workday is advantageous
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookups
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent communication and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
