Senior Manager, Business Operations eCommerce, Site Content Strategy
Walmart Inc. is a leading retail corporation, and they are seeking a Senior Manager for their eCommerce organization Site Content Strategy team. This role is responsible for defining the site content strategy and developing playbooks to ensure high-quality digital experiences for customers on Walmart.com.

Responsibilities
Leverage a naturally inquisitive mindset and strong customer obsession to drive Message Strategy planning process translating business requests into a cohesive Site Content strategy that aligns to both our business priorities and customers’ needs
Define content strategy best practices to create consistent and repeatable Site Merchandising message execution processes and operational excellence across our site experience
Establish key performance indicators (KPI’s), track progress and build strategies to deliver and exceed targets
Work with Tooling partners to define requirements for MMUI enhancements to streamline workflow, reduce manual process and drive operational efficiency
Lead communication with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment on strategy and execution
Implement effective change management strategies across diverse teams, including ability to have crucial conversations with senior leadership
Have a natural curiosity to dig into business processes and provide solutions for efficiency
Cultivate an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics by integrating these values into all programs and practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related area and 5 years' experience in eCommerce merchandising, site operations, business management, or related area OR 7 years' experience in eCommerce merchandising, site operations, business management, information technology, computer science or related area
2 years' supervisory experience
Preferred
ECommerce Merchandising, Site Operations, Business Management, or related area, Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related area
