Responsibilities
Develop system designs, proposals, and configurations
Conduct technical demos, webinars, and partner workshops
Strengthen brand awareness and product accessibility with distributors
Gather and report market insights
Qualification
Required
Strong background in MC-LAG, Stacking, OSPF, BGP, and SD-WAN
Knowledge of AV-over-IP, PTP, and multicast/IGMP
Experience with SIP and PBX systems
Familiar with NAS, RAID, and UniFi Drive or similar solutions
Understanding of UniFi Protect, CCTV/IP surveillance, and Access Control solutions
Degree in IT, Networking, or related field
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Pre-sales or enterprise IT background
Comfortable using GPT tools for documentation
