Product Manager, Sales Enablement & Technology

The Product Manager – Sales Enablement & Technology serves as the business lead for all sales related technology platforms, responsible for driving the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of sales platforms that enable internal teams, brokers, and partners to sell Medicare Advantage effectively and compliantly.

Responsibilities

Define and continuously evolve the product vision for sales-related technology platforms aligned to business strategy and growth goals
Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Digital Strategy, Operations, Compliance, Marketing, IT and Engineering to identify and address sales agents’ pain points via technological enhancements
Develop rollout, communication, and training plans for new technology implementations in order to drive adoption and feedback loops
Prioritize technological enhancements based on sales strategy, business impact, usability, compliance requirements, and agent/user feedback
Serve as the daily liaison between sales, technology, digital and other cross-functional teams; represent the sales organization in agile sprint reviews, backlog grooming, and UAT testing
Measure and optimize performance using KPIs such as application throughput, broker satisfaction, conversion rates and system uptime
Ensure compliance with CMS sales and marketing guidelines in all digital and technology touchpoints
Champion innovation—bring new ideas to reduce friction and improve digital enrollment, broker onboarding, and field sales experience
Actively support the achievement of SCAN’s Vision and Goals

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Product Design, or related field or equivalent experience preferred; MBA a plus
3-5 years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or sales technology within health insurance industry; experience with Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug (MAPD) health insurance plans preferred
Strong knowledge of sales agent experience and sales processes, with proven ability to analyze and map end-to-end sales and agent workflows, identifying friction points and opportunities for technology enablement
Strong knowledge of sales technology tools such as CRM, agent broker, enrollment platforms
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize multiple and competing tasks, working independently and in a team environment
Demonstrated ability to work with all levels of staff, within and external to the organization to achieve goals
Experience with coordinating diverse groups of individuals to achieve overall program success
