Amazon Marketplace Manager
3Search is a global consumer goods organization recognized for its innovation and data-led growth across digital channels. The Amazon Marketplace Manager will oversee all aspects of marketplace operations, blending data insight and process management to drive eCommerce growth across North America.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations in Seller Central, including replenishment, pricing adjustments, order flow, and issue resolution
Own operational KPIs — from sales velocity and out-of-stock rates to contribution margin and fulfilment efficiency
Partner with supply chain and logistics to maintain forecasting accuracy, inventory health, and on-time FBA deliveries
Implement structured SOPs to improve listing management, catalogue hygiene, and escalation efficiency
Coordinate with creative teams to optimise listings, attributes, imagery, and SEO for conversion and compliance
Align advertising, promotions, and demand planning to ensure operational readiness and profitability
Track weekly and monthly performance dashboards, identifying root causes and driving process improvements
Collaborate cross-functionally and manage 3PL, vendor, and agency partners to deliver on performance targets
Qualification
Required
Great experience managing Amazon marketplace operations (FBA & FBM) with measurable success, in both sales and profit growth
Deep operational understanding of Seller Central, inventory management, and fulfilment optimisation
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities using Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools
Experience using platforms such as Ad Console, Brand Analytics, Helium 10, or Jungle Scout
A hands-on, detail-oriented mindset with proven ability to streamline processes and drive performance improvement
