The Senior Director of Finance – Revenue will lead the financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management for all revenue and cost of goods sold lines within the North America Ecommerce P&L, driving strategic decision-making through financial insights.

Responsibilities

Lead budgeting and forecasting for all revenue and COGS P&L lines across Ecommerce

Develop and maintain driver-based P&L models to support scenario planning and strategic decision-making

Partner with Demand Planning and Operations teams to align forecasts with business drivers and market dynamics

Challenge business assumptions to improve profitability and drive sustainable growth

Drive predictive analytics and elevate forecasting from trend-based to driver-based methodologies

Support strategic initiatives including profit improvement projects, and ROI analysis

Collaborate with FP&A, Marketing Finance, Supply Chain, and League Finance teams to ensure cohesive financial planning and reporting

Provide data-driven insights to influence pricing, promotions, and merchandising strategies

Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement
