Sr Finance Analyst, Clinical
TA Instruments is a global leader in analytical instruments and technologies, seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Clinical business unit. This role involves overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to drive sustainable growth and profitability.

Responsibilities
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for the Clinical business
Develop robust financial models to evaluate product GTM (Go-To-Market), ROI and key metrics
Analyse product and customer profitability, pricing strategy, and resource allocation
Deliver monthly and quarterly performance review packages, including KPIs and dashboards
Drive the creation and updates of PowerBI Dashboards and reports that supports the business key deliverables
Drive financial discipline and efficiency in GTM, R&D and operational spend
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (required)
5+ years in progressively finance roles, with at least 2 years in a Senior Analyst or equivalent role
Proven experience supporting a commercial and R&D business unit – ideally with global exposure and Clinical Life Science experience
Deep understanding of GTM revenue models and business cases
Strong track record of business partnering with product, engineering, and commercial leaders
Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills
Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; experience with Finance & analysis tools (e.g.,SAP, Power BI and SQL)
Strong leadership, influencing, and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
