Responsibilities
Oversee quarterly and annual fund accounting activities, including reviewing general ledgers, journal entries, management fees, partner capital statements, and financial reports
Prepare capital calls, distributions, and fund-level cash flow models in accordance with partnership agreements
Participate in quarterly valuation processes and assist with preparation of valuation memos
Support fund performance reporting, audits, and custodial reconciliations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA strongly preferred
6+ years of accounting or audit experience, ideally within venture capital, private equity, or fund accounting
Strong technical foundation and understanding of investment valuation
Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
