Responsibilities

CNC Machining knowledge and programming background using CAD/CAM systems Catia or Bravo
Able to utilize the computer to create part geometry and subsequently develop turning and milling CNC programs
Defines special tooling requirements and fixtures as required
Write and optimize CNC programs to create complex parts on 3 and 4 axis machining centers
Develop work holding and select cutting tools
Create and compile necessary documents to aid setting up machines
Write CNC programs for 2 axis lathes

Qualification

CNC ProgrammingCATIABRAVOGD&TMetal Fabrication

Required

Ideally have 5 years of experience as CNC Programmer. Candidates with 3–5 years of experience may be considered if they demonstrate strong skills
Familiar with commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within metal fabrication environment
Experience in using CATIA or BRAVO software
Proficient with GD&T
