Responsibilities
Build and grow a strong client base by adding new clients, expanding existing relationships, and ensuring a best-in-class client experience
Assess client needs and risks to design customized insurance solutions that deliver measurable value
Lead renewal and new business efforts—negotiating effectively, presenting solutions clearly, and closing deals with confidence
Partner across teams to ensure service excellence, process consistency, and use of Alera Group’s tools, methodologies, and resources
Stay current on industry trends, legislation, and market shifts that impact clients, offering proactive insights and recommendations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Insurance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Active Insurance Producer License
Proven sales and relationship management skills, with the ability to cultivate trust and credibility across all levels
Strong financial and risk assessment abilities with a consultative mindset
Thought leadership and strategic problem-solving skills in the personal lines insurance space
