The Senior Material and PC&L Analyst will monitor stock levels, maintain inventory goals, and coordinate materials for production, while acting as a contact point for suppliers and leading the material planning group.

Responsibilities

Monitor stock levels using PLEX

Maintain inventory $ goal

Communicate consigned inventory issues with supplier

Coordinate material for production trial runs & engineering changes

Coordinate model year build-outs

Act as contact point for suppliers

Act as a lead to material planning group

Communicate past due shipments

Make inventory adjustments as required

Manage lead logistic provider for delivery of material

Maintain material schedules with suppliers for production & service components

Create/Close ASN’s

Supervise Material Handlers

Perform required cycle counts

Travel less than 10%

Qualification

PC&L experienceMaterial planningLean ManufacturingSAPPLEXCommunication skills

Required

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in PC&L and material planning operations for at least 5 years

Knowledge of basic manufacturing principles including Lean Manufacturing System

Knowledge of transportation industry and LLP's including both regular modes of transportation as well as expedited methods

Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills

Preferred

Experience In SAP/PLEX
