Responsibilities

Minimize manual intervention, improve efficiency, and reduce human errors

Implement platforms that orchestrate work-flows for end-to-end task execution

Utilize AI as well as predictive analytics to detect anomalies, predict failures, and initiate self-healing processes to reduce downtime and improve system resilience

Required

Bachelor's Degree

4 years' team lead or equivalent experience in IT Configuration Management, metrics and reporting, ITSM process management, or other relevant experience

Experience maintaining baseline and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) using platforms such as ServiceNow or Remedy

Experience on maintaining the baseline for efforts using Agile and DevOps methodologies

Advanced experience using configuration management database (CMDB) to onboard new hardware/software technologies accurately and confirm that items are correctly documented

5+ years of IT requirements managements, configuration management, change management or Systems Engineering experience

Mid-level experience in configuration and change management principles

Working knowledge of Jenkins, configuration management database (CMDB), code packaging, Jira, Salesforce, ELK, Git Hub, AWS and basic Unix commands

Eligibility for Entry on Duty clearance
