Responsibilities

Develop and execute the factory’s digital, automation, and OT roadmap in alignment with site goals and global initiatives

Lead capital and digital projects with budgets up to $10 million, ensuring strong governance, vendor oversight, and risk management throughout execution

Senior-level technical leader and advisor on automation, digitalization, and industrial networking initiatives, ensuring alignment with site strategy and technical standards

Facilitate training and knowledge-sharing to enhance operator and technician capability with new digital and automation systems

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or related field

5+ years of project management experience leading automation, OT, or digital transformation projects across large-scale or multi-line manufacturing facilities

Strong understanding of industrial automation platforms and industrial networking concepts to guide technical teams effectively

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization

Preferred

Master's degree preferred
