Responsibilities
Coordinate the monthly accounting close for all entities
Prepare financial and budget-to-actual reports for investors, funders and internal purposes
Assists with the annual financial statement audits
Record financial transactions through multiple sources including:
Accounts payable
Accounts receivable
Bank activity
Credit cards
Purchase orders
Maintain client accounts
Special projects as needed
Remain current with all Agency required compliance documents and trainings
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in accounting
Individual must be highly detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with all levels in the organization is a must
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in accounting or other related business field preferred
Experience with NetSuite a plus
Experience in not-for-profit or real estate development a plus
