Responsibilities
Guide the evolution of Enigma’s design system across our core product experiences, ensuring coherence and craft from our customer-facing data platform to AI-driven applications
Own the design and development of Enigma’s products, from incremental updates to new concept exploration
Translate complex data and ideas into clear, elegant design across interfaces, campaigns, collateral, and presentations
Lead generative and evaluative research to inform design decisions and shape new product directions
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to and drive design strategy with user needs and business priorities
Use prototyping, feedback, and analytics to refine ideas and bring a high level of polish to every detail
Inspire your teammates to perform at their best while fostering a collaborative, supportive design culture
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in design, with a strong portfolio showing brand system development, typography, layout, and conceptual thinking
Proven ability to lead teams or projects through the full creative process, from concept to execution
Proficiency in Figma or similar prototyping tools and modern workflows
Excellent communicator who can present and defend creative direction to stakeholders
Balances strategic vision with exceptional attention to craft, thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Preferred
Have experience designing for data visualization, analytics, or enterprise tools
Have contributed to design system foundations or visual language evolution at a growing company
