Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the Company’s document library
Review all documentation with Engineering team ensuring up to date and accurately depicts activity described in documentation
Ensure latest approved Document is available to appropriate personal and at appropriate work station
Auditing and compliance: Assist with internal and external audits and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
Training: Train other employees on document control policies and best practices
Reporting: Prepare reports on document control activities for management
Support: Assist personnel with document requests and provide updates on document status
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1 year and with up to 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering, manufacturing and engineering or a related field
High school diploma or equivalent required, plus some additional specialized training
Associates/Bachelor's degree in an engineering field (such as mechanical or electrical), business administration, or information management
Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and document management software
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Understanding engineering and technical documentation
Knowledge of quality control standards
ISO knowledge beneficial
