Responsibilities

Lead and execute an ambitious roadmap, launching key products that will drive the company into its next growth phase

Collaborate with senior technical leadership to foster a culture of technical excellence and maturity while keeping it aligned with the company’s current stage

Participate in the on-call rotation to support critical business incidents outside of regular hours

Work as part of a versatile team of technologists building on AWS, leveraging a modern stack that includes Ruby on Rails, Node.js, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and ECS

Required

8+ years of professional experience working with web technologies

Expertise in Flutter or a strong desire to become an expert
