Responsibilities
Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy, productivity, and compliance with SOPs
Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
Implement and manage process and method improvements to optimize performance
Drive change management initiatives to enhance efficiency and adaptability
Oversee vendor management and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate ordering of materials and supplies
Monitor inventory levels and support cycle counts to maintain accurate stock records
Enforce safety, housekeeping, and quality standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet operational goals and service expectations
Track KPIs such as order accuracy, shipping timelines, returns, and team efficiency
Identify process improvement opportunities to optimize warehouse flow and reduce errors
Operate and oversee the use of warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
Enforce company policies and procedures and provide coaching and disciplinary actions as necessary
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role
Demonstrated experience with SOP development and implementation
Proven track record in process improvement, method optimization, and change management
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience managing vendor relationships and procurement activities
Preferred
Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred
