Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Decagon is the leading conversational AI platform empowering brands to deliver concierge customer experiences. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will play a crucial role in expanding the customer base by identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities for Decagon's AI solutions.

Responsibilities
Conduct outreach to potential customers through various channels including cold calling, email, and social media
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for Account Executives
Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest in our products and services
Maintain a high volume of activity including calls, emails, and social touches
Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and scheduled meetings
Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaigns and messaging
Accurately enter and update lead information in our CRM system
Stay up-to-date with product offerings and industry trends
Qualification
Required
Have 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer services or a related field
Have excellent and concise communication skills, both verbal and written
Are self-motivated with a drive to succeed and knack for building relationships
Preferred
Are proficient with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
Find ways to stay up on the latest trends in AI
Have experience with tech
