Responsibilities
Support the product lifecycle — from planning and development through launch, updates, and post-release improvements
Assist in gathering and analyzing consumer insights, market trends, and competitor offerings to inform product decisions
Help translate user needs and market opportunities into clear product requirements and feature definitions
Collaborate with design, engineering, and global teams to support feature development and delivery
Contribute to evaluating and improving user experiences, ensuring products meet consumer expectations
Document requirements (PRDs, user stories) and support cross-functional communication throughout the product development cycle
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field
3+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role in technology/software
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Familiarity with writing product requirements and working with cross-functional teams
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience in the smartphone, consumer electronics, or mobile app/software industry
Exposure to AI/ML software concepts or experience supporting related projects
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams
Interest in design thinking, user research, and customer-focused product development
