Responsibilities

Support the production floor during required activities and product launch periods where you will help with the development and documentation of new processes and procedures
Develop new standard data by time study or MTM as well as develop cost estimates of manufactured components/materials ensuring completeness, accuracy, and conformance with required delivery schedules
Lead improvement initiatives to gain efficiency in the manufacturability of current processes while communicating effectively with your AGCO colleagues
Resource management, planning, and interfacing with other production groups including interface with our MRP system and planning group to ensure timely production

Required

Currently enrolled in a college program pursuing a degree in engineering or a related field
Basic understanding of manufacturing engineering concepts, manufacturing processes, lean manufacturing principles, floor layout, and workflow
Willingness to contribute in a collaborative team environment, with a proactive attitude toward learning, supporting team goals, and participating in improvement efforts

Preferred

Familiarity with computer-aided design (CAD) tools such as Pro/Engineer (Creo), SolidWorks, or similar software
