Make 50+ outbound calls per day to build relationships and uncover new opportunities
Prospect and identify potential customers across manufacturing, construction, and service industries
Manage a local territory within a 1.5-hour radius of Nashville — 50% office time, 50% on-site with clients
Develop new business with prospects, existing, and former clients
Expand accounts by breaking into new departments and decision-maker levels
Use our CRM to track pipeline, activity, and performance
Represent Holland Sharpe’s values of trust, quality, and long-term partnerships
Qualification
Required
2+ years in B2B outside sales — staffing, recruiting, manufacturing, or construction sales a plus
Experience managing $1M+ in annual sales or revenue
Proven success closing $500,000 –$5M deals or selling higher-ticket B2B services
Strong relationship-building, prospecting, and negotiation skills
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
Driven, competitive, and motivated to grow personally and professionally
