Sales Manager
Airsupply Tools is seeking a Regional Sales Manager responsible for driving sales growth and expanding brand presence within the U.S. Department of Defense customer base. The role focuses on promoting advanced tool control and asset management solutions and managing customer relationships across military branches in the Southeastern region.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand brand presence across Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard installations in the Southeast
Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, procurement officers, maintenance managers, distribution partners and program stakeholders
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and capability briefings tailored to defense customers’ needs
Collaborate with internal Inside Sales Representatives (ISR), Engineering, and Program Management teams to deliver customized solutions
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract award, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation in Salesforce
Track and report sales performance, forecasts, and market intelligence to management
Represent the company at trade shows, industry days, and base visits to promote brand visibility
Maintain a strong understanding of defense acquisition processes, contract vehicles, and procurement pathways
Provide customer feedback and market insights to support continuous product and service improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred; equivalent military or defense sales experience considered
3+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in the defense, aerospace, or industrial equipment sectors
Proven success in territory management and government or military sales
Strong understanding of DoD structure, procurement processes, and base-level maintenance operations
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and goal-driven with the ability to work independently and travel extensively within the region (up to 50%)
Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital sales tools
