Responsibilities
Design Salesforce features and data models
Build solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies
Work with ETL tools and relational data models
Collaborate with team members to meet delivery milestones and resolve blockers
Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality
Validate software design and implementation
Support Production Management teams in resolving support-related issues
Explore and adopt innovative Salesforce technologies such as Einstein Analytics and Salesforce Shield
Qualification
Required
Proven success as a lead developer on Salesforce projects
Minimum 5 years of experience with the Salesforce ecosystem, including: Apex code and classes, Salesforce Triggers, Lightning UI components
Minimum 3 years of experience with Salesforce integration technologies: Integration patterns, APIs, and REST, ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Mulesoft), Relational databases (e.g., SOQL, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle)
