Consulting
Responsibilities
Meets with attorneys, clients, and other professionals to discuss assigned cases or projects
Draft and send welcome letters
Set up claims for third party liability and first party PIP/UIM/UIM
Draft and send letters of representation
Follow up on liability status on a daily basis
Monitor medical treatment
Take calls for questions and concerns on treatment/case status updates
Input medical providers to tabs
Verify balances
Draft and send demands
Qualification
Required
Applicants MUST have a minimum of one year experience in a personal injury pre-litigation role to be considered
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Understanding of legal language and principles, research methods, and other related matters
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Experience in plaintiff personal injury or related field required
Preferred
Filevine Case Management system preferred
Bilingual preferred but not required
Experience in automobile insurance or related field preferred
