Agency Trader
Red Clover is a small midtown NYC broker-dealer registered with the SEC and a member of FINRA and SIPC. The Agency Trader will support trading activity and overall desk operations, executing and servicing trades across multiple asset classes while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining a high standard of client service.

Responsibilities
Execute and service trades for the firm’s domestic and international accounts, including Equities, Options, FX, and Mutual Funds, using Bloomberg EMSX
Manage pre- and post-market operational tasks, including margin calls, Buy-ins, DKs, and trade confirmations
Prepare and distribute Best Execution reports on a weekly and monthly basis
Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients regarding trade activity and operational matters
Collaborate with trading and operations teams to maintain smooth workflow and compliance with regulatory requirements
Support the trading desk with ad hoc operational or administrative tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
Required licenses: Series 7, Series 63, and Series 57
2+ years of experience in trading, operations, or a financial services environment
Familiarity with trading platforms, preferably Bloomberg EMSX, and execution of Equities, Options, FX, and Mutual Funds
Understanding of operational processes including margin calls, trade confirmations, Buy-ins, DKs, and Best Execution reporting
Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced trading environment
Basic understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in broker-dealer operations
Proactive and quick learner, able to adapt to evolving processes and responsibilities
Ability to collaborate effectively with traders, operations staff, and clients
