DIVISION COORDINATOR
Cooper University Health Care is dedicated to providing extraordinary health care and is seeking a Division Coordinator. This role involves performing secretarial, business, billing, and medical assisting functions to ensure the smooth operation of the office, including managing scheduling requests, patient communications, and various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
Performs secretarial, business, billing and medical assisting functions as necessary for the smooth, efficient operation of the office
Manages procedure scheduling requests and PTO
Assists with contacting patients via phone, mail and MyChart
Manages outside orders/referrals and oversees urgent scheduling requests for interventional practice
Serves as a back of for the SVC/CXL reports and assists with scheduling Covid tests, as needed
Manages monometry/motility needs, video capsule appointments, and cadence requests
Manages reimbursements, stipend tracking, assists in onboarding new providers, and reappointment of licenses
Helps manage lag time, schedule utilization, encounter reports, Staple orders and office supplies
Qualification
Required
5-7 years clinical office experience required
Excellent oral and written communication skills, computer literate, comfortable with MS Office software
Ability to successfully interact with researchers, patients, and administration are required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
