Sr. Manager/Director of IT
INNERGY is revolutionizing the Engineer-to-Order (ETO) industry with cloud-based ERP software for custom manufacturers. The IT Leader will shape technology strategies, oversee IT operations, and enhance security and compliance to support the company's growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities
Define and execute a cohesive IT strategy aligned with company goals and growth plans
Partner with executive leadership to ensure IT enables innovation, scalability, and operational excellence
Lead governance, architecture, and process alignment across both organizations
Oversee IT service delivery, infrastructure, and end-user experience globally
Establish and manage SLAs with outsourced IT providers
Own device lifecycle management, onboarding/offboarding, and support standards
Strengthen the company’s security posture and lead compliance readiness (SOC 2, ISO 27001)
Implement and maintain tools such as password managers, endpoint protection, and access controls
Build a culture of security awareness and accountability across teams
Own IT budgets, investments, and vendor relationships
Negotiate contracts with IT outsourcers, SaaS vendors, and cloud providers
Optimize overlapping systems and tools as part of post-merger integration
Unify IT systems, tools, and standards across INNERGY and Microvellum
Drive migrations to modern cloud environments (Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID)
Develop clear KPIs and reporting for visibility into IT performance
Spend time on-site in the U.S. and with our R&D team in Poland to align global operations
Qualification
Required
Proven experience leading IT in a distributed or global environment (Director or Senior Manager level)
Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID, and hybrid infrastructure management
Experience overseeing outsourced IT providers and complex integrations or migrations
Strong background in IT security, governance, and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, or equivalent)
Track record of driving IT transformations and leading through change (mergers, system consolidations, etc.)
Financial and operational acumen & skilled at budgeting, vendor management, and cost optimization
Exceptional communication and leadership skills; equally comfortable with executives and engineers
Willingness to travel and spend extended time in U.S. and European offices
