National Church Residences is seeking a Right Track Janitorial Aide Intern to learn and demonstrate daily cleaning tasks. The role involves maintaining the appearance of assigned areas under supervision, completing cleaning checklists, and adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Assume responsibility for effective performance of assigned Janitorial Aide Intern functions

Daily/weekly completion of janitorial aide checklist

Adhere to all cleaning protocols, safety rules and regulations

Clean and sanitize common areas of assigned property including (but not limited to): lobby, community room, resource room, conference room, laundry room, elevator, hall floors, stairways, community and staff kitchens, as instructed

Empty trash in staff offices

Clean, sanitize and stock public restrooms

Adhere to assigned work schedule

Inform Maintenance Technician of any cleaning supply and equipment concerns

Carry out all tasks in a manner consistent with the Right Track Standards of Participant Conduct

Perform other duties as assigned

Successfully complete four weeks of janitorial aide supported employment training
