Responsibilities
Define and drive the product vision for core platform capabilities that enable a seamless and scalable experience across the Metropolis ecosystem
Translate business and operational goals into clear, prioritized roadmaps and measurable outcomes
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve performance, reliability, and scalability
Lead product discovery and delivery using data, experimentation, and user feedback
Define clear product requirements, documentation, and success metrics to align stakeholders and guide execution
Work with Engineering to ensure product design is efficient, maintainable, and aligned with long-term architecture
Partner with Operations to monitor real-world performance, resolve issues, and continuously improve site and system health
Manage launches end-to-end, from QA and testing to rollout and adoption
Define, monitor, and drive key metrics that push our business forward
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of product management experience
Proven ability to drive large, cross-functional projects from concept through delivery
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; adept at interpreting data and identifying actionable insights
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences
Experience collaborating closely with engineering and operations teams
High attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively
Preferred
