They are seeking a Senior Business Analyst II to perform requirements analysis, conduct process and systems analysis, and engage in stakeholder management to support the mission of the organization.

Responsibilities

Perform requirements analysis and documentation activities such as: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process observation; Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications; Create comprehensive documentation including user stories, use cases, process flows, and system requirements; and Maintain requirements traceability throughout project lifecycles

Conduct Process Analysis and Improvement Activities such as: Conduct gap analysis between current state and desired future state; Develop process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures; etc

Engage in Stakeholder Management Activities such as: Collaborate with business users, project managers, developers, and other key stakeholders, etc

Perform Systems Analysis & Testing activities such as: Analyze system functionality and performance to ensure alignment with business requirements

Conduct Data Analysis & Reporting Activities such as: Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making

Required

Minimum 7 years of experience

Bachelor's Degree; or equivalent experience in lieu of degree

Hold an active government issued TS/SCI CI Poly clearance

Proven experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process observation

Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications

Strong background in creating documentation such as user stories, use cases, process flows, and system requirements, with the ability to maintain requirements traceability throughout project lifecycles

Experience conducting gap analyses to identify differences between current state and desired future state

Proficiency in developing process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Demonstrated success in stakeholder management, including collaboration with business users, project managers, developers, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in

Hands-on experience analyzing system functionality and performance to validate alignment with business requirements, including participation in system testing and validation activities

Proficiency in data analysis, including creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making
